This entity utilizes common efforts to extend limitless possibilities to everyone.It expands the educational efforts of the internal church environment, and focuses primarily on the goal of improving litaracy among youth and adults of the community, particularly those who are disadvantaged or from low eonomic neighborhoods.

The Learning Center offers adult and youth enrichment tracks:

General Education Diploma, Computer Skills & Adult Literacy & Tutoring

2. Youth Enrichment classes include:

After School Tutorial Sessions, Computer Skills & Higher Education Resource Center (HERC)

MOBC Media Services & Operations (Multimedia)

is a functional tool comprised of Computer, Audio, and Video Technology operating as a supportive component at contributing significantly within both environments, tailoring its resources to impact the Ministry's Mission--Enriched Worship and Effective Outreach.
